All sessions include the optional use of a crystal-infused pemf mat (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy) or (grounding mat) during your red light session and the complimentary use of the vibration plate afterwards.
Both options serve to enhance the positive effects of the red light therapy.
Each session is 20 minutes long and whilst some may experience improvement after just one session, the effect of the red light is cumulative and more than one session is recommended.
